Sup screwheads, /fit/ here.. recently took this test
https://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/chakratest.php and discovered my root and heart chakras are both closed. Not only closed but both are about -70% from optimal opening range. This is strange because my sacral chakra (the one between) is open (20% over the open mark).. my throat, third eye, and crown are all open as fugg in the 85-95% range. How do I open my closed chakra gates by utilizing the open ones via meditation?

what makes you think an online test could tell you anything about your chakras or energys?
I wouldn't go by a set of test scores to determine chakras. That's pretty limting in my opinion.
As for opening them up, I'm no expert. So I don't know how other then using visualization to do that. I read just opening them can cause problems and they probably closed for a reason. Do your reading research first and find out the why they are closed in the first place before opening them. I also read that hallucinogenic plants and drugs could help.
