Long time ago (2006 aprox) my mom worked on the goverment as an advise executive in treasury ministery.
In this time a letter with a hawaii stamp but no seal of post agency arrived to the office of my mother.
They were really scared to open it because it looked kinda suspicious and the anthrax was very popular so they thought that some evil stuff could be in it.
My mom instead of calling any kind of authority bringed it to the house where told me the story.
Without a hesitate i opened it and found the strangest letter i have ever seen.,
In some blue ink and in some kind of mixed-new language there was this reaaaaally strange letter with 5 pages in it, directed to the ministry of treasury in that time.
The letter had a lot of hidden messages that could only be seen through light and it seems to be half hand written and half printed.
It talks about LOTS of stuff and maybe someone has a clue about it.
It has been forgotten in my closet in my parent's house but i went and retrieved it last week.
I'll post a photo and you guys tell me what you think, the thing gets if anyone gots any clue PLEASE post it. and i'm very sorry for bad english but it's not my native language, thanks!

Aside from the stencil paper with pen. Unless it was part of the original message it seems to be garbage written by someone pretending to be possessed by sentient consciousness. Other then that the real letter seems tame. Waiting for real secret documents...
