I'm pretty sure interdimenional beings or entities intervene in our daily lives.
That is how I explain those absolutely random feelings of overwhelming paranoia
Sometimes I could be by myself and all of a sudden it is like there is another person there
That's just something popping in to see what going on where you are at
That's just because you are the world.
Don't go down the rabbit hole of thinking there are "other" things watching you. You are watching yourself. You are the universe.
