It's been a long time since i had one and i want to try something.
I used to have super fucked up nightmares when i was a kid, now i barely get them.

Most common are noises and red or green lights.
Heavy food before sleeping.

Get in touch with your uncoscious fears, make a mental image before going to sleep of something you are really afraid, and of course you can make inchantations of the creepy kind, enough study will land you on a downward spiral of strange fears.
