Its a radio that can randomly flip radio channels at varying intervals so you get snippets of sound from each station.
Theoretically a "ghost" can manipulate which station it flips to in order to "say" things through the random noise.
In actuality you get 99% garbled bullshit, and occasionally youll here a few snippets in order that sort of sound like a word. Then you record that sound, and you post it online and flip the fuck out because you heard something that almost sort of sounded like a word coming out of random noise.
