Sure, here's a bunch. The first is from a "creepy road stories" thread from a year ago. Don't have the screen-caps, so this is copypasta from the archive.

Preface:

My cousin's a good man. Working guy, no college because he was military and then all fucked up with drugs. Quit 'em the day he had his first kid, though, and he's been clean as a whistle ever since. He's gruff, occasionally to the point of dickishness, but he's good at heart.

He quits drugs, like I say, and he does contracting work for a solid 30 years to support his kids. Invests his retirement fund into a "can't-miss" company his old friend recommends, supposedly on the back of insider information. Company goes under, and my cousin (who has sold his own - very small - business) is back to square one, at age 60.

So he buys a big-ass cargo van and takes to the road, driving loads of whatever anyone needs moved to anywhere they need it moved.

These are his stories, not mine.
>>
>>17543097
Cuz has been on the road for a few months at this point. He's made enough money to upgrade his van, and he's got a decent little set-up in it. Turns out you can buy vans that have little cots that fit nicely into the ceiling of the vehicle, and if there's room in his load, he just takes the cot down and sleeps in the back of the van to save money on hotels.

So he's rush-delivering a load of bolts from this wholesaler in Indiana to a tool-and-dye shop in North Carolina. Wasn't even going to take the job - he'd already driven ten hours that day, and you're supposed to not exceed a certain number of hours in a given period, but he's a private contractor and nobody regulates this shit. Besides, rush deliveries pay damn nicely, especially when there's a motivated buyer at the far end of the run.

>Maps out a 9-hr. route southeast through KY and TN into NC
>Leaves at 6:30 PM; load needs to be in an hour before open of business next day (i.e., at 8 AM, meaning he has 12.5 hours to make the 9 hour trip [loses one hour going from CT to ET])
>Loads up on coffee and gas and takes off like a bat out of hell
>Hard driving at dusk through unfamiliar states, especially as you get up into the Appalachians
>He starts to nod, despite the coffee, as he approaches the TN/NC border
>He's about 5 hours in at this point, and that makes 15 of the past 17 hours total
>Remember, he's clean, so he can't use any crank to stay awake
>Decides to pull over in the middle of nowhere, up in the mountains
>>
>>17543099
1 - cont'd)

>Dark as shit
>Takes a random exit, since he can't find any rest stops
>Pulls off the freeway, no signs regarding gas stations, restaurants, nothing, anywhere in sight
>At the end of the on ramp is a stop sign and a long, straight, old ass road stretching off in either direction
>Turns right and tries to find a business or something to park in and catch a few winks
>Nothing anywhere
>Finally sees a little gravel road peeling off the main road after apparently >5 miles of nothing
>Pulls over, parks the car, and gets outside
>Warm and wet (it's the middle of summer), even though he's in the mountains
>Bugs are loud as shit
>Yanks open the back of the van door, climbs up, takes down his cot on top of the boxes
>Sets it up, closes the door, locks it, and settles in for two hours' of sleep before he starts again
>Sets three alarms, as always
>Zzz
>...
>THUMP
>He wakes up
>The bugs are silent
>His heart is going crazy; he's worried he was dreaming
>Tries to steady his breath
>THUMP
>Something smashing into the side of the van
>A loud, piercing scream from outside

Now, the van can't be unlocked from the outside, but he also can't get to the front of the van from the back of the van (there's a wall between the seats and the back end. So my cousin's out in the middle of nowhere, in the mountains, with something SCREAMING and slamming into the van, in the middle of the night, with no cell service and no way to get out of there without going outside

[Sorry, this is going to be a three-parter, not a two-parter]
>>
>>17543099
1-cont'd)

>THUMP
>Trying to think what he can do, and trying not to fucking panic
>He is up in the mountains, and all of a sudden he's worried that whatever's out there is trying to push him off a cliff or something
>It screams again
>He has no gun, just a large pocketknife and a tire iron
>Lightbulb.jpg
>Takes his keys and hits the "ALARM" button
>The van starts going apeshit, and whatever's out there REALLY does not like it - starts smashing the van wildly
>Then it screams "I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE, COME THE FUCK OUT"
>Oh great, it's some random fucking hillbilly, hopped up on meth
>Smashes in the driver's-side window and starts frantically rummaging through cousin's stuff
>Cuz hears his opportunity
>grabs the tire iron in one hand, and holds the knife, closed, in the other
>Flings open the back end of the truck and sprints around the van
>By the flashing alarm lights, cousin sees that the meth head is completely naked and covered in (his own?) blood
>Meth head charges at him, he sidesteps and whips the tire iron right into the dude's fucking skull
>Guy crumples to the ground
>Cousin frantically races back, closes the back door, hops in the van, and drives straight through to the delivery site in NC
>Leaves the fucking meth head in a heap on that dirt road
>He was too fucking wired to sleep for days afterwards, and stayed in hotels for a while after that, even after his window was repaired and even though it was expensive as shit

There was no car, bike, or evidence that the meth head got to the van except by walking. My cousin claims that he scoured google news for reports of a dead man found out there for months, but none ever came in. So god only knows what ever happened to that fucking guy. My cousin bought a gun before leaving NC.
>>
>>17543111
So my cousin's learned his lesson about never fucking driving loads without a gun. And he ends up needing that gun, in another story I could tell (it's not really paranormal per se, but if people are into hearing it, I'll write it up). He's also learned, like a lot of drivers do, that the real money is out west, driving long-ass hauls to various podunk old mining towns still trying to stay alive in the mountains and/or the desert. That's big, open, unforgiving country, and there aren't many people willing to (and/or capable of) driving across it for twelve hours trying to beat a deadline. There are even fewer drivers you can count on to do it consistently, since just about all the ones willing to do it in the first place are souped up on meth, coke, or whatever the fuck else will keep them up long enough to see a delivery through to completion.

My cousin, as we've established, is clean, and has been for a long fucking time. He's a hard worker, he's desperate for cash, and he's got a good van. He doesn't make excuses, and he doesn't get pulled over driving loads of shit he hasn't weighed. All this means that my cousin is a very in-demand man. And, what's more, it means that he ends up doing a lot of high-leverage jobs - jobs that need to be done quickly, and correctly, and as such, jobs that pay very, very well.

Our second story begins with my cousin being asked to do just such a job. A good, trustworthy dispatcher has a client who needs a shit-load of parts delivered to his business in Flagstaff for an order that needs to be assembled and sent off ASAP. They need the parts by tomorrow. Problem is, my cousin is in Denver, and that's an 11-hour drive through hard mountains and desert.

Making matters worse, the load is technically too heavy for his van. The client is desperate, however, and the dispatcher is willing to pay a ludicrous amount of money to get these things there on-time. I'm talking $3000 for 11 hours of work, with gas paid for.
>>
>>17543119
So fine. My cousin hooks up with the dispatcher and they load the van as full as it's ever been. If a cop pulls him over, my cousin is fucked. He sets out plenty early, after a full night's rest (unlike the NC incident).

>Most of the drive is uneventful, though a cop does pull alongside my cousin in UT and eye him suspiciously before peeling off to pull over a speeder
>My cousin heads south through Navajo Nation just as the sun begins to set
>This is his first time in the Nation, and he's going in with the darkness

Yes, you do know where this is going.
>>
>>17543121
It's creepy out there, in the middle of nowhere, my cousin says. He happens to get just the most beautiful night, stars as far as the eye can see, and he feels like his van could just lift right off that old-ass highway and float off through them.

He's passing the time pleasantly enough, thinking back to time spent on the reservation back in the midwest (we're part ojibwe), when something catches the corner of his eye

>Black blurs flitting along the very edge of his brights, off to the left and way far ahead
>He turns his head as he drives past, but of course he can't see anything, since it's dark as hell
>But the shapes persist
>He rubs his eyes, shakes his head, and tries to refocus on the road
>But they're still there
>He's gone several miles now, but the shapes are staying in front of him
>He wonders if there's something wrong with his headlights
>Maybe a dead bug on one of them?
>Then there's a long, flat patch of desert illuminated by the moon, and he gets his first good look
>Wolves? Maybe a quarter of a mile directly to the left of his car?
>Nah, one wolf, running weirdly, but... keeping up with him?
>As soon as he thinks this, the wolf starts to lag behind a bit, and he has to deliberately remind himself to pay attention to the road so that he doesn't veer off of it
>But when he checks back, the wolf is still lingering, still a quarter mile off, still shuffling weirdly, about perpendicular to his blind spot
>>
>>17543129
He's losing it, he decides. No fucking way, right? But the wolf keeps going. And then something happens, my cousin says, which he will never forget. He doesn't like to tell this story (or any story, really - he's a quiet dude), and in fact only told me after we had seen one another for the first time in over a year, and after we had been up all night at a family event. But he swears it's true.

>Disturbed, he checks for cops, and bumps his van up to 80 mph, trying to leave the fucking weird-ass cheetah-wolf behind
>For a second, it seems like the wolf is fully behind him, and he's satisfied
>But then, the hair on the back of his neck stands up, and he breaks out in a cold sweat
>Something twitches in the corner of his eye
>He looks over his shoulder
>It's the fucking wolf
>It's keeping up with him again
>Only this time, it's running on its hind legs
>>
>>17543133
My cousin takes a double-take, eyes bugging out of his fucking head, and floors it. Then the wolf takes an angle of pursuit.

>He's frantically looking over his shoulder now and back at his speedometer
>Hardly glancing at the road
>The wolf is drawing closer, even as my cousin pushes the pedal down
>Before too long, the wolf is running on the edge of the road
>Then, slowly, it starts to veer across the other lane
>About a mile ahead, my cousin sees two big headlights barreling down the opposite lane
>He decides he is going to do everything in his power to make sure that the semi hits the fucking wolf, because he is in a full-on fucking adrenaline-fueled panic
>Gulping, sweating so badly his hands are slipping on the wheel, breathing loudly through his mouth
>The wolf keeps inching closer
>Finally, my cousin flat-out floors it with everything he's got
>The engine whines, straining against the heavy load
>The semi barrels towards them
>And in the instant before the semi hits the wolf, blaring its horn as loudly as it can
>The wolf is right next to my cousin's driver's--side window

I've never heard Bill lie before. This is what he says happened. I don't know what to believe.

>It presses its body flat against his car, and it stretches into black shadow
>Eventually, he swears, it takes on a humanoid form, with exaggerated facial features that it presses against his window
>As the semi blazes past, it smashes its huge eyes and Cheshire Cat grin flat against his window, to the point where it fogs up on the outside
>He can't tear his eyes from its eyes
>It's the most malicious smile, he's ever seen, and something feels wrong, icy cold, in the very core of him
>Once the semi is past, the thing leaps away, shrieking with ear-splitting laughter and perching on a nearby rock
>My cousin can hardly breathe, and he vomits into the seat next to him and continues to floor it
>The thing stays behind, screaming and gasping with laughter
>>
>>17543135
He makes it to the drop, still fucking cold and nauseous. He can't look the client in the eye. He smells like vomit, and he tells the client this story (again, Bill's a VERY quiet and VERY private dude; he must have been shaken to say anything about this shit to a stranger). The client is certain that he's drunk, and my cousin never delivers for him, or drives through the Nation, again.

At the urging of one of the workers at the client's warehouse, cuz goes to see a Navajo medicine man, who brushes him with feathers and gives him a blessing. My cousin pukes again and feels right as rain.

And that's the story of the time my cousin met a skinwalker.

[creepy deepweb stories]:

I have a few. If y'all like this one, I'll post more.

>Be two years ago
>Dicking around with Polish friend
>Head onto Hidden Wiki, AnonChan, etc.
>On anonchan, some dude posts a link and some cyrillic script with lots of exclamation points
>Luckily enough, my buddy reads Russian
>Translates it:
>"it's up again; hurry!!!"
>fuck it, why not?
>Click the link

Here's what we saw:
>Three dudes in military uniforms, shown only from the neck down
>Speaking excitedly and super high-pitched/nervously in russian
>Friend reads russian better than he speaks it, but he catches a few phrases
>Basically, these guys are scared and excited, they're getting "another one," etc.
>Eventually it becomes clear that they're out on the ice in some random-ass lake in siberia, ice fishing
>After a few minutes of nervous chatter, fucking assault rifles start going off
>Camera swings around wildly, eventually focusing on a poorly-lit hole in the ice
>gurgling and splashing noises coming from it
>These dudes, and others, are just straight pumping bursts down the hole
>Eventually, after another few minutes, these dudes use long hooked poles to dig around and then heave something up

Shit you not:

>20+ foot long fish-like snake looking fucker, at LEAST 3.5 feet in diameter
>I'd say it was an anaconda but it was brown and it had really nasty, flabby fins that they grabbed and stretched out; full of sea lice and holes and shit
>Big black eyes, mouth full of the gnarliest teeth I have ever seen
>Huge air sacs on its underside, looked like a lungfish or some shit
>Video cuts to a series of photos of the thing, better-lit than the video, presumably because they're shot with flash
>Mottled brown skin with plenty of blood smeared all over it (from the bullets/scraping the sides of the hole they pulled it out of?)
>One of the pictures showed what I'm guessing was the contents of its stomach, and there was all sorts of crazy shit in there

Dont go swimming in Russia
>>
>>17543142
Another one, since I'm bored
>Few years ago, don't remember exactly when
>Some board or other goes apeshit about a "banging" video
>I thought it was porn
>I was wrong
>It's a bunch of scary motherfuckers, huge black dudes pounding Freddie Gibbs
>Hard to hear over the music, but apparently they're folk nation/GDs rolling on VLs
>Dude straps on a camera to his chest, while holding it up to a mirror
>Other guys start strapping the FUCK up - shotguns, AKs, the whole she-bang

What follows next is, I shit you not, some of the most disturbing shit I have ever seen.

>These guys (like seven of them) pack into an old white SUV, and they sit in dead fucking silence
>All you see is darkness and some cursing about the cold
>They step out, hustle over some icy streets and under streetlights, then up the stairs to a shitty apartment complex
>Knock on a door
>Step in and just straight up massacre everyone at this other party
>Men, women, teenagers, doesn't matter, they all get fucking wasted
>Some of the vice lords get a few shots off, but I don't think any of our cameraman's friends got hit

Then the video proceeds to just pan over the bodies, one by one, while voices yell "fuck you, fuck all y'all VL niggas" and so on

They take a fuckload of guns, coke, weed, and pills out of this apartment, and then the camera cuts out. Not once did I hear a single fucking siren. Fucking scary to know that shit goes down in this country.
>>
>>17543145
Eh, we'll go with the goat/cult story because I tell it on a semi-regular basis and it'll be a quick type.

>Basically I stumble on this huge stash of video files
>All of them have these huge long strings of letters and numbers as titles, as if they were recorded on phones, even though they weren't, because a lot of them had super-high picture quality
>My theory is that the alphanumeric strings were written in code, but that's not important: this was a HUGE library with a ton of fucked up shit, and yet I could only click/sift through it at random, and I never got close to seeing all of it
>My favorite video begins in some fucking forest down south
>I can tell by the accent - it's OLD TIME georgia
>Anyway, starts like a pretty typical barbecue style conversation, people eating and drinking and busting one another's balls
>After a few minutes though, just when I was going to turn it off, the tape cuts out and a new one begins
>Obviously on the same property, but now it's pretty late, the sun is going down, etc.
>Lots of creepy-ass chanting going on, some screeching
>Camera swings around, over nude women (they were fat and ugly as fuck, unfortunately - huge bushes too)
>Cameraman walks up to one of them
>Her eyes are rolled back, and she is screaming SHRILLY
>Dried blood all over her mouth, chin, and chest

I am fully freaked the fuck out at this point, this is before true detective or any of that shit so I'm getting major what-the-fuck-I've-never-even-heard-of-this-kind-of-fuckery chills.
>>
>>17543149
However, what I saw next was SO fucking strange that I laughed at it. Like my brain just straight rejected what it was seeing and was like "lol no this doesn't make sense try a different input"

>Away from the screaming harpy
>Cameraman starts grunting in tune with the chanting, eventually approaches a bonfire
>Camera pans up
>Some fat, bearded fucking hillbilly with a HUGE round gut is, I shit you not, straight-on fucking a full-grown billy goat on top of a pyre in the middle of the bonfire
>The goat is screaming; I have never heard a sound like that before or since and it still gives me nightmares
>After a few more seconds (that fat old fucker huffing and puffing away like he's gonna have a heart attack), another fat naked man walks up onto the pyre
>He takes an axe and hacks the goat to fucking death with it (it was chained to the pyre, hence why it wasn't running away fromt he first fatty)
>Video abruptly cuts back into the perfectly normal, boring, original barbecue for the last four minutes
>>
>>17543152
Final batch, from the same deepweb guy:

Alright, here you go:

I actually got the next link straight from the Hidden Wiki relatively recently (~18 months ago); might still be up there. Basically it's a big page full of pictures and tiny text captions underneath the pictures, like some bullshit website you made in middle school computer class around the turn of the century.

>Bright green background
>Yellow 6-point (or so) font beneath every picture

Eh, greentext doesn't really work for this one. Basically, the website announces itself as a collection of photos of "weird things" that happened on some Indian rez in like Alberta or Manitoba. Weird eerie landscapes: empty prairie in wintertime: few ramshackle buildings and trailers and a whole lot of... nothing else.

Well, some oil refinery or other apparently shut down and things are tough on the reservation, where most of the men used to catch some bus or other and work for the oil company. Times are lean, basically, and people are drinking and getting ornery and stir-crazy. Lots of pictures of this one kid's house (I think his name was John), and how it's getting more and more trashed as his dad gets drunk and just leaves garbage and broken shit all over.

Crime starts going up, there's two rapes, lots of drunken fist fights. Pictures of police tape and flashing lights in the night, outside a window. Pictures of broken cheap liquor bottles at various intersections. Just gravel roads. Graffiti, and then the pictures of mysterious blood stains in the snow.

Our narrator John tells us that the cops don't know what to do with the stains. No reported crimes, no nothing. The winter stretches on, and weirder shit starts to happen. A few men are found frozen in the middle of the snow, miles from the reservation. John notes that at least one of them never drank anymore, so it makes no sense that he would walk out in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night to die. And he was MILES away, too. (1/2)

SPOOK
>>
>>17543162
(2/2)
So there's no way this dude was sleepwaling. The cops claim that all the bodies test positive for alcohol, but we've established that that doesn't make sense. John is close with the family of the sober dude who died, and he goes to talk to them, but they act like they don't know him. He posts a picture of their dog (big nasty looking malamute) snarling at him like it had never seen him before. The next picture is a picture of the dog as a puppy, sitting in John's lap. Shit is all fucked up, basically.

Then there's the women. Two women show up, knocking on doors, asking to be let in to people's trailers. One comes into John's trailer and refuses to be photographed. According to him, though, she doesn't say practically anything and refuses to eat anything but super-rare meat. Only stays for a night. John takes a pic of one of the women from his window on a later night. Her eyes glow dully in the reflected flash of the camera. She is smiling.

Finally, a man is found frozen in the center of camp, his face gaunt, his eyes sunken, blood caked around engorged lips. The cops never identify him. John posts a picture of the ambulance that takes him away.

Then comes a long text paragraph without pictures. It weaves in and out of English and some native language (Ojibwe? Algonquin? Fuck if I know). Lots of talk about the old starving times, and wendigoes.

The last three pictures are blurry and uncaptioned. It's tough to make out, but you can see long, very thin, very pale limbs, just outside John's window. They must have belonged to something much taller than a human.

The last picture is just a picture of two dully reflected eyes, twelve feet or so off the ground (compared to earlier pictures). Gave me chills.

The next one, the burglar story, is a typed account, some pictures of a police report, and a very small, somewhat blurry video on the bottom of the page. Think I found this one on AnonChan, but I don't remember.

>video is split into 4 windows.
>In upper left, dude is folding his clothes
>Bottom left, a window breaks suddenly, and you can see a baseball bat knock the rest of the shards out of the frame
>Dude in upper left moves over to his computer and clicks away, presumably looking for his surveillance cam, the same feed I'm watching
>Burglar hops in through the window and moves purposely through the room
>Next appears in upper right window, which looks down a stairwell
>Burglar looks up the stairwell, then proceeds out of the frame
>Meanwhile, guy in upper left goes to his closet, super casually, making a phone call all the while
>Burglar appears in the lower right cam, the kitchen, and for the first time, I notice that he has a gun
>Speaking of which, dude in upper left casually pulls out a fucking 12 GAUGE from the closet (gun locker, presumably)), and calmly sits on his bed and loads it up

At this point, I'm straight-up dying from suspense.

>Burglar walks back out of the kitchen, to the top right window
>Walks up the stairs
>(nothing)
>(nothing)

Then it's over in like a second. Burglar kicks in the door to the bedroom, dude on bed freezes/hesitates. Burglar sees the gun and fires wildly; dude on bed reacts and shoots him right in the fucking head.

It was black and white, obviously, but you can see the blood sprayed all over the bedroom wall. Guy on the bed jumps up and runs over to the burglar, kicks his body to see if he's alive, and then runs out of his room.

>Appears in upper right hand corner, blocking much of the frame. Pauses.
>Falls down the stairs.
>Dies slowly, in a pool of his own blood, at the foot of the stairs, stretching around and holding his gut.

The police report basically summarizes the events on the video.

Cool. The first is a buyer's guide, found via a message board link; found the link to the message board (cabbagepatch or something like that?) just right on the hidden wiki.

Anyway, lotta coded talk on the main page. No pictures. I'm really curious as to what's being sold, since the link said "buyer's guide/the catalogue."

Like I say, lots of weird coded descriptions. You'd get shit like:
>armadillo three smooth/spicy/48/46/green/brown VERY CLEAN
>lemur seven thick/quaint/54/50/brown/brown porcelain

There's an internal chat board for inquiries, but they've set up so another feature enabling "secure, private, one-to-one communication between you and the proprietor." I figure if just admit I have no idea what's going on, then I'll be frozen out, so I hang out on the chat board for a while and try to puzzle out what people are saying, but it's still pretty coded.

Finally, I nut up and open the secure relay chat with the proprietor and basically recycle a lot of the shit that people on the board are saying
>"Interested in the snow leopard 6."
>"Password."
>ohfuck.jpeg
>"Honestly don't know it"
>"You need someone to vouch for you then."

At this point I'm dying of curiosity, but I don't really give a shit if I can't figure it out, and there's no way I can get some stranger to vouch for me when I don't even know what I'm buying. I have a friend who's pretty high up in a small local bank, so I ask him to text me a picture of the most money he can fit into a picture frame, without it looking like it's in a bank. So he does. Thinking "fuck it," I email the picture to myself, save it to my HD, and then send it to the proprietor of the site saying, basically, "here's your recommendation" (1/2)
>>
>>17543179
(2/2)

>He responds "Is that real"
>Me: "Yes."
>Him: "Any special requests with the pictures?"
>shrug.png
>"Newspaper with date, mickey mouse doll, and a cup of coffee. And a price."

One day later, I check my inbox on the site, and there's a picture of some little indian girl, completely fucking naked, holding a newspaper written in hindi and a battered, cheap-shit knock-off mickey mouse doll. There's a half-full cup of coffee at her feet. The price is $12,000.

I calmly freak the fuck out for several minutes/hours, before returning the email saying that I am not interested, and consider burning the whole fucking computer. That's about as scared as I have ever been, to be honest. Everything about that picture was fucked up. Her eyes were EMPTY, man. Dirt floor. No clothes. HD camera, so I could see the little hairs on her legs. That image is seared into my mind, probably forever, and I hate it so fucking much.

>>17543184
OK, last one. It's a tough one to narrate, in part because it had no audio. This was another video I saw on the webpage full of links written in some sort of alphanumeric code. I said this somewhere else, but that website had some really bland, generic name, like The Hidden Video Library or some shit like that. Presumably it's still out there. Definitely worth your time if you're interested.

Anyway, in the order the shit appears in the video, with a new greentext entry occurring only after the camera cuts outs out and begins a new "scene" (i.e., unless the tape was edited, whenever the cameraman stops filming and starts again):
>Two college-aged (or a little older) guys chatting with one another in a car, the one in the passenger's seat filming himself with the camera in his lap, and panning over to the driver every so often. Lots of laughing.
>A shot of the landscape, briefly - it's in the desert; some scrub vegetation but very little. Pretty rock formations. No idea where it is.
>Shot of a campsite in the evening, with the driver roasting some hot dogs or whatever over a little fire. Tidy little site; two large tents and one smaller one (for gear?). Driver flips off cameraman.
>Morning; the little tent is trashed. I'd say a bear did it, but I don't think any bear species I know live in the desert. Their shit is wrecked.
>Passenger talking into his own camera, seems exasperated. Runs hand through his hair, then seems to be getting agitated. No audio, obviously, so I have no idea what he's saying. I remember trying to read his lips, but then second-guessing every word I "read"
>Video of the driver hunched over another fire, talking over his shoulder at the camerman, who's seated behind him. Camera is shaking; I think the cameraman is laughing.
>Lots of brief shots of pretty scenery. Looks like they're hiking through the desert; almost certainly shot over 2-3 days (1/3)
>>
>>17543190
Now I say "almost certainly shot over 2-3 days" because the lighting is pretty dramatically different between shots. It's possible someone went back after the fact and re-edited that section of the video, but I don't know why they would do that, honestly. It was very found footage-y; it's possible it was a film school project, but I doubt they would have wasted so much time on unnecessary extra shit. To cut down on length (and honestly because I can't remember all of it), I'll stick to describing only the important "scenes" from here on, and limit my summaries of the less important "scenes" to a few words.

>Shot of a sunset, another fire. Beans cooking in a pot. Lots of laughter, and an open bottle of Jack (must've been a bitch to backpack with).
>It's twilight now, but the camera is zooming in rapidly on a hill in the distance, away from the sun. I don't see anything there, but the cameraman is panning pretty quickly, looking for something. Maybe some movement by a few stubby trees? Maybe not?
>Zooms out and pans over to driver, who looks EXTREMELY concerned and reaches towards the camera, which cuts out immediately
>Nighttime, inside the tent; guys are sharing the same tent now
>Camera stays on, jerking around; presumably there's some scary-ass sounds going on, because I can't see shit
>At one point it looks like the side of the tent flaps inward suddenly, like it would if someone or something had punched/kicked it
>Cameraman scrambles away from it, camera goes out
>Next morning, early. Camera's zooming in on a shitload of footprints outside and around the tent, driver is packing and gestures impatiently at the cameraman
>A few more super-zoomed-in shots of the hills, taken hurriedly, as if while walking quickly; cameraman turns the camera towards his own face and speaks earnestly to it. The fear in his eyes was very real
>Dusk, zooming in on the hills again. This time, I definitely see two humanoid shapes vanishing over the top of a hill (2/3)
>>
>>17543196
(3/3)
>Night; bright moon in the sky. Camera's bouncing around; we're walking fast again.
>Stop, sudden spin, and zoom in on a hill.
>Two silhouetted figures, very skinny, just standing there, not bothering to hide anymore
>Camera cuts out

Now here comes a long amount of blackness; originally I thought the video cut out there. But after seeing the rest of it, I think there was a shot/multiple shots taken at night, without the camera's nightvision function turned on.

>Second to last cut, early dawn.
>Two methheads, a man and a woman, laying still on the sand. Thin as skeletons, wearing weird-ass thrift-store clothing; tons of sores all over their face and arms. Dude's mouth is closed, woman has the worst meth mouth I have ever seen. They look straight-up terrifying: unwashed hair, janky-ass tattoos, the whole bit.
>Cameraman, pale as a ghost, looks at the camera, and pans down to his naked torso
>There's a long, jagged, bleeding cut running along much of his ribs. He holds up an old knife (presumably the methheads'?)
>The driver is stamping around, bugging the fuck out; he's got a split lip and a huge fucking eye
>Final cut: driver and cameraman, sitting in a room somewhere back in civilization. Driver's face is still freshly fucked up. They talk a lot to the camera (still no fucking audio), and the video ends.

That's about all I got. I could share some more weird shit from that hidden video library, but it's more unsettling than exciting or anything like that. Hope y'all enjoyed.

So here's something that happened to me a about three-ish years ago, and while I don't think you guys will care much, I find it interesting as it terrified me at the time.
>At the end of highschool, me and D get together at E's house
>E is the "Cool kid" of our three man gang and his room is equally cool
>Has a couch, TV, bed, desk, AC, in his room placed right above his parents garage
>Only problem was internet was a bit shabby there
>We do stupid shit outside E's house for a bit (Read: Jackass lite) and eventually it gets dark out.
>We go in, turn on E's 360, and play Dark Souls
>E makes our character green and we all make a Shrek joke
>We proceed to get through a bit of the game before E gets bored and retreats to play his guitar
>At this point it's just me and D on the couch, and we elect to play Halo's coop mode while E plays Pink Floyd on his guitar
>It turns to about 1AM, E and D get in the bed and I choose to sleep on the couch
>In a half awake state, E is playing "How I wish you were here"s intro.
>Eventually everyone's asleep but me
>about to pass into sleep when I think I hear something
>It's hard to hear over the AC but eventually it gets loud enough to where I can hear it
>It's obviously a song, but it's really hard to tell what it is.
>I lay on the couch and curl up in an attempt to hide myself
>As the tune gets slightly louder I realize I have to piss
>I have to piss really badly

>I go downstairs and run into the bathroom while turning my head from windows and shit, but I can still hear the tune
>The worst part about having to piss at night in E's house is that you're faced with a window the moment you step out of the bathroom
>The moment I get out of the bathroom I hear it clearly
>It's the intro from Pink Floyd's "How I wish you were here"
>mfw out the window I see the motion activated garage lights turn on
>I catch a glimpse of somethings leg taking a long stride into view
>Balls go up into my body and I run back into the room as fast as my legs will carry me
>E is asleep and his guitar is up on it's stand
>Jump onto the couch and curl up
>I can hear it distantly the whole night
>Eventually it fades away and I fall asleep
>When I wake up I mention it to them but they shrug it off as me having a nightmare
>Go home and say nothing about it
>>
>earlier today
>leave store
>old man sitting on street corner asks me for change
>not gonna lie, ignored him because i'm a social spaz with anxiety
>get home, feel terrible about ignoring him
>get all the change from my wallet and rush back to give it to him
>he's gone, no sign of him ever being there

Room for new greentext? A few years old but spooped me to this day.

>2010
>16-year-old Junior in HS
>headed over to friend's apartment
>we found a piece of cardboard with an address on the road
>as a joke we decide to pursue it
>pretty sketchy, poor house
>get friend to run over and put the cardboard into their mailbox
>rings doorbell and we ditch
>sohardcore.jpg
>forget about it by the end of the day
>head back home
>night comes
>mindlessly browsing the web
>something lightly hits my window from outside
>I'd have to go around the house to find out
>maximum lazy, so don't care
>next day go to grab something from that side of the house
>remember the noise
>see fucking same cardboard piece there
>address still written same as before

I was already noped at this moment, but then:

>friend and I basically freaking
>not wanting to sleep
>look up spooky shit, /x/, documentaries, etc.
>makes it worse obviously
>hear light tap at window again
>"naw son"
>light tap comes again, and again
>decide to just go into the kitchen
>realize it's sketchier because there's blindless windows everywhere
>tap at the window nearest to me
>decide if I can't see something, it doesn't exist(kek)
>go to wash hands in sink
>instinctively look up and out the window above it
>see my truck out on the street
>dark shadow clearly visible in front of it
>freeze up
>itshappening.jpg
>quickly return to my room
>sixth sense going off before i can flip on the lights
>staring in the darkness
>fuckfuckfuck
>flip lights on
>nothing
>itwentbetterthanexpected.dot
>then I hear it
>breathing
>from somewhere in the room
>assume it's under the bed
>close door and sleep in the bathroom

Needless to say, I tossed that cardboard and never went to that house ever again. That wasn't really the end of it, but I'm not sure if another event from that same year actually connects or not.

These aren't my stories, but ones that my little brother told me. He's a geosciences grad student at the moment. He's been doing field work in Wyoming for about four years now, usually in summer. He's seen most of the wildlife there is to see up there, shy of cougars who apparently avoid their camps. He's also seen some weird shit that he couldn't explain.

I'm fuzzy on technical details since we're that close, and I've never paid much attention to his studies, so most of the fieldwork stuff he told me is where things get a bit confused. I'll try not to go into any of the jargon-y stuff he told me since I'm sure I'd get it wrong beyond the basics.

Anyway. The stories.

Story 1: Day 0
>roughly two week undergrad externship program in Wyoming, spans over spring break plus a week
>Dave shows up with two classmates from his program (Kelly and Junior), meets the other externs
>total of 20 people in this "class" session
>going to be doing survey work and checking up on geothermal activity or some such
>taking core samples, mapping terrain and formations, doppler readings, all that jazz.
>students camping in tents, but there's a trailer to store equipment, a few outbuildings for cooking and showers, and a fence around the "compound"
>also two latrines and a semi-permanent shelter with concrete floor and tables
>rustic, but safe enough
>Dave and Junior sharing a really swanky, big tent that got ditched at previous internship by an international student
>common event apparently, since they can't transport them home easily
>Kelly plants her single near theirs in the rough "circle" of tents
>orientation time!
>"class" divided up in five groups of four and assigned territory and tasks
>Dave, Junior and Kelly all in different groups
>first night is pretty quiet, but cold as balls, and there's a light dusting of fresh snow the next morning

(cont)
>>
>>17547252
Day 1-3
>everybody's up before first light to get ready for field work, groups split up and head off
>each group has a superviser, and are taken to their specific survey area in a truck by said supervisor
>first few days of work goes as planned, no surprises
>a bit more snowfall during the first half of the week, but no problem

Day 4
>on the fourth morning, while they're eating breakfast, Kelly asks if the boys came and tapped on her tent the night before
>Dave and Junior say no, they were wiped and went straight to sleep
>Kelly says she woke up with someone tapping at her tent just by her head and whispering her name
>by the time she got up and unzipped the flap, they were gone
>they decide it must have been one of her group members trying to ask her about the previous day's data, or the next day's work
>who knows, she decides to pursue it later when they go out to work
>day continues again as normal
>nighttime again, Dave and Junior shooting the shit before going to sleep
>hear someone tapping their tent at their feet before they go to sleep
>"Is anybody there? Hello?" from outside the tent, sounds like kelly
>they turn on the lamp, open up the flap, but nobody's there
>figure she went back to her tent, light is on inside
>Dave goes and asks her what she wanted
>no response, no one inside
>fresh snow again
>footprints leading away from her tent towards the latrines
>Dave assumes she just wanted someone to walk over there with her, since it's dark as fuck other than the motion lamps
>he shrugs, heads back to his tent and goes to sleep
>>
>>17547261
Day 5-12
>next day, Kelly doesn't join them for breakfast and eats with her survey team instead
>don't get to ask her what she wanted
>Dave feels weird all day, and notices that his work team is really jumpy
>One of Dave's workmates insists he saw a bear while they were in the field, and they decide that's why everyone is on edge
>some kind of pirmordial instinct can sense the predator lurking or some shit
>night rolls around again, and Dave and Junior are about to sleep when that tapping comes again
>"It's really dark, I can't see you. Come out."
>Kelly's voice again
>Junior tells her "Just a second and I'll turn on the lamp"
>They open the tent, no Kelly
>her tent isn't lit up
>footprints aren't clear because there's been no fresh snow all day
>fuckit, they go and tap on Kelly's tent
>light turns on and she chews them out for waking her up AGAIN
>Again?
>Dave apologizes and drags Junior back to their tent
>Dave tells Junior about the "bear" one guy saw at this point
>Junior makes jokes about skinwalkers on the mountain, and they both go to sleep feeling a bit on edge

Day 6
>next morning, everyone in camp seems a bit out of it
>people talking about the stupid pranks everyone else is pulling, and no one is getting enough sleep
>Bear-sighter mentions Dave tapping on his tent
>Dave mentions Kelly
>Two other guys both mention someone else entirely
>almost everyone reports some kind of mysterious night-time visitor that wasn't there
>they're starting to get a bit paranoid and the supervisors tell them to knock it off with the pranks, there's work to be done

The "pranks" continued for the rest of the trip, but no one was hurt, turned up acting weird, or went missing. People were just jittery and ready to get the fuck out of camp by the end of it all.

>summer internship time, sweet!
>free day, so Dave and Mo (international student on his first time) go hiking
>pack lunch, Dave's gun, and bear mace
>head out into the woods
>beautiful scenery, fantastic views
>they go do their thing and Dave is snapping photos to send his girlfriend back home
>suddenly, Dave notices Mo isn't beside him anymore
>they're at the top of a ridge looking into a particularly picturesque valley
>lots of dense trees, not a lot of visibility
>Dave doesn't panic, figures Mo had to shit and stepped out of view
>starts calling Mo's name
>no answer, just echoes
>oh
>Dave doesn't leave the ridge, but starts looking around for any sign of this guy
>nothing in sight, so he keeps calling the guy's name
>eventually he hears three blasts from a safety whistle
>oh
>Dave starts to backtrack the way they came, figuring that Mo turned around before him and got lost/went off their trail
>another three blasts, this time louder
>Dave keeps following the sound, but there's no Mo
>by now, Dave thinks something fucked up is going on, and gets out the bear mace just in case
>apparently contemplated his handgun, but didn't go for it
>he stops and waits to see if he hears any more whistles
>sure enough, three blasts, practically on top of him
>Dave almost jumps out of his skin
>Mo comes running down the hill out of nowhere and almost slams into him
>Dave is pissed, almost bear maces Mo in the face, demands to know where he went
>Mo is equally pissed and demands to know why Dave left him standing on the ridge all alone
>they confer and it comes to light that neither of them blew their safety whistle, though they both heard it
>both thought the other had wandered off the ridge and was calling for help
>no more whistle blowing follows, no one else from camp was going hiking
>camp is isolated from normal camping areas or parks
>Dave and Mo nope the fuck back to camp as fast as they can go, even though they'd planned to be out several more hours
>>
>>17547293
>same summer internship as story above
>hiking with a different intern, Joey
>everything's going good, they're looking for a place to chill out and have lunch
>find a little creek babbling away, only a few feet across and super shallow
>being geology geeks, they start discussing whether this should be on the survey or not
>outside target zone, but still possibly relevent because of water source, etc.
>after lunch, they pack up and start to head back the way they came towards camp
>except it's not the way back towards camp
>it's almost like they found a loop or some shit
>keep ending up back at that creek bed
>after about an hour of this, they decide to just follow the creek bed for a while to see if maybe they just turned down the wrong paths
>stop when they find a weird little cairn on an "island" in the middle of this narrow creek
>geology geeks and rockhounds, so they notice the rocks don't match the area quite right
>pile of big chunks of limestone with a huge green quartz at the base
>deer skull at the top of the pile with the antlers crossed under it
>bleached from exposure, looks brittle and old
>Dave says they should go back the way they came, because fuck that ritualistic looking horror movie shit
>Joey agrees, but is weirded out mostly by the stones rather than the skull
>no proper limestone deposits in the area apparently, and that kind of quartz is only in a specific part of the state
>(I wouldn't know, just repeating what Dave said here)
>they go back the way they came and finally get back on their trail properly
>Dave tells me he thinks whatever built that pile of rocks, it wanted them to see it before they left
>like it was warning them to stay out of its territory or something
>Dave and Joey went hiking another day with Mo, but couldn't find the creek or the cairn a second time
>Dave was relieved because he didn't want to go back, but after the first hiking trip, Mo said he was curious
>>
>>17547310
>through stupid circumstances, Dave gets separated from his work crew in the field
>middle of fucking nowhere on the mountain
>realizes he's lost
>fuckshitdammit
>has a map and GPS and all the safety gear he should have, but nothing is working quite right
>eg: compass is stuck and won't rotate to face magnetic north, GPS claims to have no signal, phone likewise has no signal and went from 80% charge to 5% in about five minutes
>fuck this shit, fuck it to hell
>against better judgement, he decides to try to find his way back
>Dave tries to backtrack, but can't seem to go in a straight line
>he finally sits down and considers blasting with his whistle to see if he can get attention from his group
>right as he's about to blow that whistle, a fuckoff huge raven drops down from a tree onto a rock formation a little ways from him
>raven puffs up real big, and flies a few trees off with that croaky cawing noise they make
>(Dave's impersonation of the sound cannot be described with text, but it's hilarious)
>stops, and puffs up again watching him
>Dave says he doesn't know why, but he decides to follow the raven
>they don't generally come anywhere near people this far out, just garbage if they can get it, so this bird was acting funny
>raven keeps up the leading game, flying a few yards ahead at a time while Dave follows
>after about 30 minutes, Dave starts to recognize the terrain
>after 45 minutes, he's almost back to the survey site, and the raven is gone
>didn't fly away, just disappeared when he looked away from it for a minute to get his bearings
>>
>>17547326
Most of the other stories he told me weren't supernatural at all, just a bit eerie. He and his work crew ran into a bear face to face during summer once. At a distance of maybe ten yards. It just looked at them for a few minutes, and went back to rooting around and doing its thing.

They also had a pack of wolves show up and check out their perimeter fence another time. Nothing malicious, just curious and probably had smelled food or the like. They didn't come back.

He had a couple of other spooky stories that were pretty bland.

Things like his team encountering a guy in the woods where there were no habitations. And he wasn't carrying gear like a camper or hiker either. He looked a bit like a farmer who'd just strolled out of his field instead of a dense treeline.

There was also a guy who got attacked in a lake while everyone was fishing. They decided to take a break, so he went for a swim. Had a huge row of bite marks in his leg, but they couldn't say what it was that did it. Eventually put it down to some kind of introduced gar fish and called it good. Nobody went swimming for the rest of that trip, though.
>>
>>17547252
Mind if I ask where in Wyoming? I currently live there and would love some spoopy adventures.
>>
>>17547809
I'll shoot him an email to ask, since he didn't really say at the time. I went through his Instagram just now to see where he took photos during the periods the stories are from. Most of his "vacation" photos from before and after each period of internship are in Idaho or the NW portion of the state, so I'd assume his survey trips were probably relatively close to the area as well.

I live in Southern New Mexico, but I think it could be somewhere around Farmington, kind near the reservations, you know? Except I don't know how really mountainous that area is. Other places could be Raton or Chama, since theyre nearish to Colorado and the Rockies.

I don't think I've shared this story before, but I haven't been on /x/ in over two years so I can't remember.
>2002
>on a trip with high school friends to go camping Friday night in bumfuck Ohio
>I'd just moved in to the school at the start of the year, so I'm not super close to anyone yet but I get along well with everybody
>8 of us, 2 girls and 6 guys, one of the girls and one of the guys have been dating since they were about five years old, the other girl is only there to keep an eye on her friend for the mom that is super protective/worried about sex
>put up tents, cook fire, eat dinner and then start on smores
>it gets a little awkward when the second most socially challenged guy I've met tries to hit on the other girl and she tries not to rebuff him too hard, but he doesn't get the hint that she isn't interested in him
>nothing too exciting happens and we go to bed around midnight, 3 guys per tent and the girls have their own
>wake up around 3 am with a massive urge to pee
>notice one of the other guys is gone
>get up, pee near trees
>look around, don't see the other guy, figure he went for a shit even though I'm pretty sure we forgot toilet paper
>go back to tent, can't fall asleep because I'm wondering where the other guy is
>check watch, it has been almost thirty minutes since I woke up
>at this point I'm seriously worried
>wake up the third guy in our tent, he takes a while to wake up but agrees to help look for him.
>we check the other guys tent but he isn't there, all three (including socially awkward one) are still asleep
>we're fully dressed, have two flashlights, and go back to the cars, check the camp bathrooms, he's nowhere to be seen
>finally decide we better check the girl's tent
>open it up real quick, only girls there, close it
>go to wake up the other guys because it has been almost an hour and he still isn't back
>by 4:30 everyone is awake because one of the other guys decided the girls should be awake, too
(1/3)
>>
>>17549138
>we split up into two groups, the couple + the other girl and another guy, the socially awkward guy and another guy come with the two of us that have already been searching
>look for the missing guy until 5:30
>start to get really worried and consider calling for help
>return to the tents, the girl that isn't dating the guy needs to go to the bathroom (turns out the girls did bring toilet paper)
>walk her over there with another guy
>she's in the bathroom for less than five seconds before she runs back out
>"Fuck that, we're getting the fuck out of here"
>surprised to hear her swear, she usually doesn't
>all three of us run back to the campsite, she hasn't explained what freaked her out
>we pack up despite one of the guys being concerned we should stick around for the missing guy in case he comes back
>we reach the cars and drive out, one of the people that has a cell phone finally gets service when we are on the road and calls the park, gets no response, then calls the police
>by now it is getting light, we're all tired and strung out and the police want us to turn around to visit the station (not the direction we are all headed for home)
>we go to the police station
>they show us a picture of the missing guy, and ask if we know him
>turns out he showed up at a gas station around 5, bleeding and extremely dehydrated
>he's at a hospital and had no ID on him, so no one knew who he was
>we give the police his parents' contact information and they get our names in case they need to contact us in the future
>we get back on the road, I get home later than most people because I'm the last to get dropped off
>tell parents about what happened, eat, then go to sleep
(2/3)
>>
>>17549142
>hear nothing about it the rest of the weekend
>never been more ready to go to school than that Monday
>talk to other people from the trip throughout the morning, no one knows anything, missing guy is absent
>talk to the girl who went into the bathroom during lunch
>she tells me that when she went in, she saw a tall backpack (like one that goes up over your head), a bloody knife on the sink, and could hear someone taking a shit, who sounded like a man
>there was also a little blood or dirt on the floor, and the skin of something like a squirrle near the trash can
>she didn't tell the police and hasn't told anyone else
>tell her she should tell the police, but she doesn't want to talk to anyone about it, hasn't even told her parents
>missing guy comes back to school on Friday, we all of course ask him what happened
>says he was chased by a guy through the woods after he got up to take a piss, and he got stabbed
>shows us the stitches
>claims he punched the guy in the face and fought him off
>mfw I could have been the one getting chased through the woods in the middle of a night by a crazy guy if I had been the first one who had to piss
I never went camping again.

i got one for you, this happened to me when i was like 9 or 10. i was a very tiny kid, probably around 55 or 60 pounds

>in jalisco, mexico, visiting family
>hanging out with grandma
>shes become older and has compromised strength that is associated with age
>wants to make tea
>go get bucket and take it to the well, no one else is home
>tie bucket, drop into the well
>hadnt rained in a while, so the well has a significantly lower water level than usual
>bucket fills up regardless
>pull up, becomes much heavier than anticipated
>about half way up, forearms are on fire
>weight of the bucket is tilting me slowly into the well as i struggle for leverage
>suddenly, my legs lift off the ground, and i fall into the well
>about waist deep in, when suddenly, someone grabs my ankles
>pulls me up out of the well, the bucket falls to the water at the bottom
>get back on my feet, turn around to thank my grandma for pulling me out
>nobody's around

I'm in Santa Fe and spent my teenage years skiing all over the North part of the state, it says that its so high in the mountain that they have alot of fogy mornings, I think that could only be in north central new mexico, up in the sangrede cristos, but there aren't towns like in Colorado that are suuuuper high, like the old mining towns like Leadvile, the only places i cant think of would be like Red River/ Questa Area, I know there is a lot of fucked up shit in the Pecos wilderness, like incest shit, maybe its in the Pecos area. Im looking on google maps trying to figure it out
>>
>>17550090
I think it meant he doesn't see his own number
>>
>>17547809
He got back to me and was a bit vague about Wyoming. He mentioned Cody but otherwise was "all over" the state. He's also done more trips than I thought. He's up to 9 and may be going again this year. He said he's also done trips to Montana and Idaho for survey stuff, and mentioned Elkhorn, Big Hole River (Idaho) and the Tobacco Root Range (Montana).

He also sent me a photo of all the tents left behind by students on these trips, set up in his yard. He now has a total of nine, plus the one he bought originally for himself years ago.

Might not have been. Could have been Coyote, maybe?

Might explain the laughing.
>>
>>17551001
Assuming that story is true, I've never seen a coyote that stretch out across the side of a car and smile like the Cheshire Cat.
>>
>>17551029
Not a coyote, THE Coyote, as in the Navajo God-spirit thing.
>>
>>17550180
Thats what I was leaning towards those areas, Chama especially. Though honestly the fact that none of this shit originates in Hatch or Radium Springs is surprising to me. Red River wouldn't surprise me, and neither would Pecos or anything surrounding that fucking area.
>>
>>17551138
Hmmm to be honest I don't really know anything about Radium Springs, and all I know about Hatch is that is wherewe get chili from, are there any green text about those areas?
>>
>>17549464
A lot of these I have noticed come from before Facebook and cell phones were as common as they are now, information didnt travel as fast. I'm sure that a lot of us would read this shit before a trip and chicken out at the last second. Although some of us would probably be even more encouraged to get some spoops, so who knows? I know that these threads always make me want to go camping.
>>
>>17551153
Radium is a lot of bikers and rednecks, Blue Moon bar is the main and pretty much only attraction, its a few miles North-ish of Las Cruces. The only story I have of that place is not at all /x/ related. Hatch... the people are just off there. Weird. Any time I go there I feel like I'm in a town full of Bodysnatchers, everyone seems like theyre trying to pull off certain emotions, but have never actually felt those emotions before and are just going off of what they have been told about them.
>>
>>17551119
I must do research, shit like that interests me
>>
>>17551184
Ok, Radium is a place ill never go to, Hatch, thats very odd, interistingly enough i was doing some research on this cult that is spread throughout the country, and consists mostly of farmers, or people in the agriculture industry, that the members are practically brainwashed and tormented to the point they have autistic levels common sense. this is very interesting
>>
>>17551206
Navajo myths and legends are pretty neato, definitely check it out.

>>17551211
Yeah Radium is a shitstain, never go there. That cult sounds pretty likely when in Hatch. I mean you'll get genuine people there, but a lot of the time it just doesn't feel right.

>be me, sweet 16
>me and mates decide to go camping for bonfire night (day in november we set off fireworks to celebrate some catholic terrorist getting hanged)
>we decide to go to an old quarry to set off some illegal fireworks I hooked us up with, smoke some weed and have a bit of a party
>about 15-20 of us mix of guys and girls, mostly all a similar age
>my mate brings his bow cos he wants to sie a firework to an arrow (none of us knew why)
>quarry is known as a suicide spot, always saw police looking at a body
>festivities commence and its sweet as fuck
>gets to about 2am and its winding down, people are pairing off and me and mate are sat chatting to these two birds
>one lass we'll call emma says she thinks someones watching us
>points over to the quarry side, tree line at the top, some silhouette
>say its probably some creepyfag who wanted to check the party
>we carry on, mate leaves with one girl so just me and emma by the fire
>she says the figure is still watching
>fine, get up and start walking towards the figure,
>get close and tell them to fuck off or we'll smack em
>proceeds to leave
>go back and we carry on, we go back to my tent and shiggy diggy
>later on me and matey are sat out with another doobie when he says theres a figure nearby
>figure near quarry entrance about 50m away.
>tell him its a creeper from earlier
>right m8y, we get up and walk over
>when we get close we realise
>figure is black
>not black guy no literallu featureless
>at first we thought it was jsut from being high as fuck
>it tells us to fuck off or give us a smack, sounded bit like me but raspy like it smoked 50 a day
>we just stand there like lemons
>it moves closer and speaks louder, fuck off
>proceed to shit ourselves
>run back to the tent, snuggle up to emma
>hear footsteps near tent, same figure
>it stands there for ages before leaving
>in all my life, never been as scared. been mugged, stabbed but this was the worst.

I had something spoopy happen to me a few months ago. Don't wanna green text it.
I got home after work. Did my usual routine after getting off the roof, shower, prepare a few jäger and cokes on ice, watch a few episodes of my favorite shows. It gets later in the evening so I go to my computer desk to play some CS and listen to some Halen. (My desk was facing inwards to my room, screen facing out the window directly behind me. I have a red flag of El Che behind me covering the window) Sometimes I unpin my flag and put it over my face, I don't know why. I was getting bored of the damn games so I put on Eruption, put the flag over my head, closed my eyes, then let Eddie take me away. The song finishes so I remove the red flag but when I looked up at the black monitor I saw my reflection. It wasn't my face. What I saw was what looked like a mask. More like an offwhite doll face. Like an old porcelain doll face. The eyes were sunken and tiny, nose less with cheeks of light rose. The only thing right was my mouth as I could still manipulate it. I sat terrified at this for a few seconds, when I finally had the courage to touch the mouse to end the reflection. Stood up, weak knees then tried to sleep, however; every time I tread close to sleep I heard the sound of iron cable snapping over and over accompanied with the noise of shaking sheet metal. You know that sound, like thunder. So after hours of that I finally fall asleep. Wake up weak, call in to work. Tell mother and she says mirrors are gateways to other realities. She cleansed the house with sage that day. I never believed her hokie pokie until that night.
>>
>>17542129
I'm a nurse, pulling an all-nighter at a patients house in creepyville, this is just the spoop I was looking for. Thanks anon.
>>
>move into new townhouse
>two spare bedrooms for guests
>all three bedrooms have triple-door sliding mirror robes
>friend comes to house warming and stays the night
>drunkenly informs me that the mirrors are bad feng shui and invite evil spirits into the house
>lol, whatever bitch, go to sleep
>a few months pass, get a cat
>cat has funny habit of getting on her hind legs and bashing one particular mirror with her front paws
>assume she likes the rattling noise it makes, or that she thinks she can "attack" her reflection
>ignore her
>in bed a few months after getting cat
>again with the rattling of the mirror
>call her name and make the kissy noises so she'll stop
>wait
>cat is near feet on bed, staring at the mirror with pupils wide open
>fluffed up three times her size
>mirror keeps rattling on its own
>nope the fuck out and sleep on the couch downstairs where there are no mirrors
>>
>>17555000
>other weird things start happening around the house after that night
>hear chairs being pulled out "upstairs" while in bed at night
>"upstairs" is a crawlspace too small to stand up in, which doesn't connect to adjoining townhouses
>neighbours are a retired nurse in her late 60s and a couple with small children
>neither of these neighbours stay up past 10pm
>light globes in upstairs hallway never lasts longer than three days
>call an electrician to make sure the wiring isn't faulty and going to roast me to death in my sleep
>he can't find an issue with the wiring in that hallway, but fixes some other things, says "it should work fine"
>light globes still don't last longer than three days
>eventually give up and don't replace the globe, because what's the point?
>>
>>17555012
>things around the house start breaking in weird fashions
>downstairs has a toilet with utility sink that no one uses
>room is mostly just used for storing the litterbox for the cat
>come home one day to find this door not quite shut, and the knob ripped off
>no signs of a break-in anywhere, nothing stolen or disturbed, no one else has touched it, and cat sure as fuck can't have done it
>come home a different day and blinds leading to patio are wide open
>opaque set has had its frame bent outward away from the tracks at a perfect 45 degree angle
>rebend them back into place and put it down to the cat trying to climb the curtains
>come home a few days later
>metal is bent at the same spot and the same angle
>mirror in one guest room suddenly always covered in fingerprints, even though people rarely stay in there
>clean the fingerprints only for them to show up again a few days later

I haven't seen any apparitions, but the first time these ghosts do something other than play little annoying pranks, I am moving the fuck out.
