You might like this cool little trick. Sit in the dark facing south and inhale deeply (10 seconds or so). Hold it for about 5 second and visualise all anxiety and conscious thoughts leave you while you breathe out. Do this about 3 times in a row then visualise the room you're in inside your head,do not dissociate from it, it has to be as though you are seeing through your eyelids. Now try to see beyond that,like you know there's more. I won't tell what should happen next since what you want is spoops but that should be enough to give you nightmares.

I get incredibly vivid horribly nightmares. I wake up not being able to breathe and have full on panic attacks. I dream I'm another person getting tortured and having my fingers cut off one by one with bolt cutters and watching friends I've never met die.
I know it's weird but I feel like I'm seeing things that other people have been through.
