do not pay attention to it, do not contact authorities, do nor arm yourself nor seek shelter.
because everything is normal.
just relax, turn off your TV and read a book.
Eve better turn off your computer and your cell phone, and unplug that annoying landline and enjoy the silence and peace of a ordinary day, we are sure nothing will happen, so you don't need to worry about others trying to contact you.
