Creepy Stories

I have a creepy/funny story.
Also kind of dumb.

>be me, middle school
>i had a dog named Hero
>he was a medium sized dog
>not sure what breed though
>i come home from school to an empty house
>i'm in the living room yelling for someone to answer
>nobody does
>so i check the 2 bedrooms located near me
>nobody there
>hmmmmm
>walk over to kitchen
>i stop and start to freak out
>i see 2 hind legs from under the kitchen table
>holy shit aiens do exist
>i'm breathing hard and honestly about to pass out any second now
>too scared to even walk forward
>just imagine seeing two hind legs standing in your kitchen but you're unable to see the upper body cause the kitchen table is blocking
>ok i'm gonna go back to the living room
>no i gotta see it
>i take my shoe off and thrown it towards this thing
>hear a yelp
>son of a
>damn it Hero

one of the dumbest reasons i have ever been scared in my life...

When I was a kid, I got this toy. It was like an action figure but alien/robotic looking. I can't remember what it was, but it had these "rune" looking things in it's legs. I didn't care for the toy and just wanted the runes, so I got them out with a flat head screw driver. I kept them in my pocket at all times. They were like those resin things that have insects in them, but instead they were like Japanese symbols, but not Japanese. Anyways, every night I had horrific nightmares. Not your typical kid monster nightmares, but like being tortured and seeing people tortured. I remember the worst was watching my family being hanged and set on fire at the same time. The person doing these things in all of the dreams was just a black figure. Each dream his voice was different, but it always had a male tone. I finally flushed the things down the toilet and I stopped having these dreams.
