Let's just put it this way, most people have to build up to complete trainwreck when starting a new gig. Heather blew the train up while it was still at the station. She's done okay at trying to put the train back together, but she's been using legos as building material. She's doing her best, but she's not an engineer so it's still a complete trainwreck.

Art hasn't given up on her and publically shills for her whenever he can.
Keith on the other hand has been looking at other options. He wanted Howard Hughes to do some fill ins but Howard quit the network all together. Next up was Steve Warner, only instead of asking Steve himself he made Heather do it and she was very upset. This led to a public spat. Steve declined and also pull his show from the network.
The advertising guy Peter Eberhardt told Keith that he didn't think that Heather was up for the job. She found out about this and had him fired right before Christmas. He's still listed on the website but he is gone. Fired. Him and Art recently attacked each other on Facebook.
