I decided to use a Golden Dawn spread for this. It should give me enough insight to advise you. The current situation has the 6 of Cups supported by the 9 of Wands and 4 of Swords, with the rune Othala covering the set. It seems as though you're need for this spell is begot by burden. Wow! Love that story and it's one I haven't heard before! The city is incredibly dualistic, gorgeous architecture and scenery on one block and abandoned factories and shootings on the next. Very strange at times, but all the same very beautiful. For the most part the downtown area has been cleaned up quite abit in recent years.

I've had the same recurring dream for the entire week. I'm a lead role in a play or theater production. I realize before I come out that I haven't practiced my lines at all.

i'm sorry to say but it's a pretty clear indicator here; Justice at the center of your spread. You will most certainly be caught, be it no or sometime in the future, but you will "reap what you sow" so to speak.
