What's your take on binaural beats, the brown note and other supposedly brain-influencing sounds?

Binaural tones are cool, I'm sure they elicit some sort of response from the brain, but I doubt it has any sort of paranormal effect. It won't heal you or give you super powers.
Has there been any symphonies or proper music made with such sounds? I've heard Radiophonic-y music with Shepard tones but that's about it really.

I'm just interested in the psychological side of things.
Inducing moods, using them in a ritualistic way.
I like listening to binaural ASMR not for any paranormal reason but so that I can close my eyes and pretend there's a girl with me. Preferably Japanese so I have no idea what she's saying.
used to do them, helped me quit drugs

ALL music has effect on the human brain no matter the genre or the composition, but it depends on the person, of course.

Everything is vibration, man
None of it's true. If you want to experience something interesting go take a cold shower and don't masturbate for a week.

I already do this. But mostly I take cold showers because it's hot where I live and I don't have A/C.
Though the no-fap thing is to have more sex dreams or to achieve hands-free orgasm.
