How often do you visit it? What location is it based on? How can you achieve its maximum potential?

It is, Giordani Bruno has a book on it.
It seems useful for memorizing shit you absolutely HAVE to remember, but it's impractical for tedious everyday stuff.
Competitors who memorize places of PI and such swear by it, but overall, there were studies and they didn't shot it to be much more effective than rote memorization.
The reason it works with PI is because it's meaningless numbers in the first place, so it's hard to attach any relevance to them without imagery.
Pretty sure memory palaces are not paranormal
