So I was going on a shortwave radio receiver online, and a frequency popped up that I don't remember going to before. There's a strange voice that sounds chopped up and synthesized and it keeps going on. It's at 6668.00 kHz, and you can try it out for yourself at http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/, the shortwave radio receiver. What is your opinion?

Earlier it was higher pitched, it changed after a short period of time in static.

It got lower, and there were a few beeps, as well as something that sounds like it could have been a voice for a few seconds.

It's a radio station, if you zoom in all the way in Wide-band WebSDR it'll tell what you're listening to.
