Guys, I heard a loud bang upstairs and everyone else is asleep, and it wasn't a bump or thud, but a bang. It didn't sound like a gunshot and I live outside of town. /x/ please help, you're the experts.

It was most likely gravity taking over something. Don't let your mind make it scary. I'm sure it wasn't anything to worry about. I've heard loud bangs before that turned out to be nothing.
Now re reading this, I think specification would help, I recently moved here to live with my aunt and uncle because my mother was a drug abuser. Upon these weeks I've been feeling more depressed than usual, and freaky shit keeps happening, whenever I turn on the bar light and leave for anywhere after 3-minuets, it's back off, if I leave something on my bed (phone, clothes, etc.) it always ends up on the floor, and this is the first loud noise I've heard in this house, since everyone is relatively quiet.

You're just not used to the new environment maybe. I feel the same way when I stay at motels or a relatives house sometimes. When I'm at my own place, I have a place for everything and it doesn't typically alter very much, but new places and new environments can be scary. Maybe your things are being moved by your relatives or maybe you're having false memories of where you out then. It's like being in a foreign place really makes our mind go to some scary places. But I really don't think you have anything to worry about. Your mind is your worst enemy at the moment.

Most likely some shit just fell over. Had a spook once turn out to be that. Went downstaris in full /k/omando mode with plate carrier and AK with bayonet. Turns out a spare light bulb had fallen over.
