Let's say I want to open another channel. I'm in total darkness, all concentration is on my temples so I am not feeling my weight and am essentially floating, I am in silence, and I am picturing brown walls in this static. I am walking through these halls. I am allowing entities speak to me, but I do not allow harm to be done to myself. What am I missing for this spiritual meditation exploration?
bump, any advice for this meditative projection?
i'll be honest with you here and say i'm not sure if your talking about what im talking about but i usualy either focus my energy or whatever it is in the tips of my fingers my heart or my entire body but not really meditative somtimes i just absorb energy from around me that i dont actualy know where its coming from but when you do the finger thing it feels like the fingers extended in length and you have claws or somthing its weird but just gotta smooth out the diffrences so other than that all of this is probably a complete waste of time for you.
