Well, All religions have some form of Demons and they're have been exorcisms that have worked but this is interesting idea because when we die our energy is just transformed and that could explain why certain people appear as white, shadow people, or demonic,

Because the organisation of energy into a tangible form is too complicated to happen juse because people are dicks.
That being said, there's a hell of a lot more paranormal not involved with religion than there is paranormal involved with religion.

Angels existed before the christian religion, so that's a non-starter.
If they are manifestations of energy, then they can also take physical form.
If they can take physical form, you have already seen some of them.
Most catholic "exorcisms" are merely cooperative acts between the "priest" and the demon, who agrees to leave the subject in order to gain the priest some stature in the eyes of the public.
Same with the Jewish "exorcisms".
