This is the link. In January it used to show a counter to the pi day, today it changed to rune text, it says "Seek".

Also, the file you are redirected to is the hexadecimal representation of pic related. It is faulty and is missing parts but a colleague was able to get this out of it.
Have you guys really never heard of 3301 cicada before?
It's like the most fun web hunt/puzzles that happens every so often when cicada releases an image or something somewhere on 4chan.
It requires you know a lot about how computers work and such, but it's always a ton of fun.
