I dont think this is rp he has posted these for years via youtube. he keeps 2 videos up at a time. They change weekly and sometimes accounts. I would have to say of most of the people I have seen do this. Tesla115 works off a weekly routine. At one point he hinted at the language he uses including the alphabet and how it works.
From what I have gathered is the numbers line x 26 line and y with 6 lines of the English alphabet. So similar to algebra So something like
X
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12
A,b, C, D, E, f , g, h, i, j, k, l,
y
1=abcdefg all to Z
2=yxwvut All to a
3 = unknown
4= unknown
5- unknown
6= unknown
As for the language I have never seen before I can only assume it is in english as well and you would just have to look for the vowels used in the number of letters. Something like the most comment letter may be E so look for repeated sections and then replace them with vowels. kind of like playing wheel of fortune. i have spent some time looking at his pages of codes and It always stumps me...
