Does anyone have any information on Targeted Individuals. Are they actually experiencing what they say, or are they suffering from schizophrenia?
Whatever they are experiencing, they must be without fear, and with a sense of humor to actually survive.
I know that if you are being targeted, it's gotta be for a pretty damn good reason. That is all.

In a flat which I used to rent some time ago I could, in the evenings, hear a high pitched sound coming from location unknown. That's the closest I ever got to experiencing something that could be described as a psychotronic attack.
