And someone else had said that her name was Julie, the way we found out wa that we traced the call

When I say I've been there I mean I've been quite literally all around that place, including back in the hills by The Newton Lakes and the Resevoir. Tried calling the number. Woman that sounded a lot like Julie answered with the "operations" greeting. I Said I was calling about case T7755. Woman put me on hold and transferred me to some guy named Brian, who thanked me for calling back. Referred to me as "Kyle". Then asked me for my badge number and clearance code.
I tried making shit up but it didn't fly. Brian sounded mighty pissed... quickly transferred me to something like a fax machine or modem handshake. Really fucking weird sound though. Gave me an instant headache; made me feel dizzy even.

The biggest giveaway that this isn't a real company is the way the woman answers the phone. She never states immediately what business you've reached once you've called ie "Hello, Family Florists, how may I help you?". This would be the standard etiquette for a business like that.
They're obviously waiting for a code word or phrase to be spoken and asking about the number and what it's for just makes them go back to the "florist" excuse. Either this is a government op or a drug dealer's front organization. Good luck finding out what the pass phrase is though.
