Same kind of shit happens to me all the time. The attic door will just lift up and out of it's holder all the time, tapping/scratching on the walls, voices, things flying across the room, huge yellow eyes about 7 feet off the ground, etc.. Probably just some spook fucking with you.

Used to happen to me a LOT when I was a toddler.
Here's an idea - just go outside when it happens, and don't let your fear get the better of you. The potential for a really neat experience with something far outweighs your real chances of being harmed by it.

Well post a video on here once you do. Take note, you'll almost never see anything when you look at the video on the camera screen, you'll usually only see it once you've transferred the video file to your computer. I don't know why this is the case, but it just is.

It wants you to follow it, dont scare it away by turning lights on or quickly opening the door. Best bet is to go outside in the dark and stand and listen for something calling for you.

Just had one:
11:30 ish and at computer when child's bus starts singing "The dog on the bus goes woof, woof, woof. Woof, woof, woof. Woof woof woof, all through the town." By the end of the first woofs I'd found the toy that had been silent all evening, and I'd never heard the dog on the bus before. I checked it out and it went silent the whole time I stared, looking to see if it would do it again. There's no buttons to push so I turned around only to have it sound again. I turned it off after that.

I would not post anything that I decided was batteries going bad. I have plenty of those stories because my house is a day care and things go bad. I'm also home all the time and know what toys do what because I get to hear them all day while the kids play.
This was strange, and I've had other toys go off at night hours apart. Then again, three family members have described two children I've also seen. A little girl who materialized inside my kitchen counter and a little boy who likes to pop out behind doorways.

If you have a laptop download camfrog and set the laptop up facing said window with the video camera running until you actually hear the taps...don't stop it but tap back and see if you get a response... Then check out the video see if there is anything caught in it
