Hi I think that it looks like night crawler from x-men. The quality just indicates that the camera was moving when the picture or video frame was taken. The fact that he doesn't have a tail tells me he is more human than animal. I have never seen a werewolf, and in my visions I never got a 3rd person look at myself when I am operating as one, so I can't really confirm or deny that it is a werewolf, but, it looks like he doesn't have hair either so he must be some kind of Devil. If you look at his hind legs they aren't reverse jointed (?) his frontal appendages seem elongated
