Dude, just because you can't smell something doesn't mean it's not there. If you suddenly go to a different area that you're not familiar with, your nose will react to the new particles in the air. Like in my house I can hardly smell anything, but if I go into someone else's house I can smell something that's different from my house, that the inhabitant can't necessarily smell it all the time.
