I've actually met someone with the exact same birthmark on their arm. We both have no idea how we got it and dont remember it from childhood and assumed it was from a burn, but I've been burned a bunch of times and those scars shrink yet this one has remained the same for years

I got two in my right arm, one on my right leg, and a huge one on my left leg. Probably bled to death from getting an artery in my leg severed or something.
Mine is a dark brown splotch about as large as a fingernail, high on my upper right arm, with long hairs growing out of it.
I also suffer from serious acne, I'm in my early 20's, could just be due to diet.
I was told by my mother that when I was a baby some woman approached her and said I was a "new soul"
