A lot of times, spirits misbehave when they start to forget what they are. Project your love on all things, and you'll be waking up and healing spirits everywhere you go.
Spirits are all subject to inner turmoil, just like you and I. If you recognize that there is a spirit in everything (and I do mean everything), and you make an effort within yourself to make them all feel useful and appreciated and loved, you'll be creating your own good spirits around you.

You can talk to any live or dead soul from any epoch of time ever manifested in our universe if your soul longs for it enough as the soul power is what this type of communication requires.
As a sort of 'Battle Magi' in discipline I like to converse with Morgana of the Welsh Tradition (maybe more as I imagine her to be) and Tzadkiel, maybe a less 'dead' soul as this 'Archangel' is the Weapon (Sword) of Mikael the Archangel of the element fire whose name bears the question "Who is like God", so to speak with the giver of Mercy is almost like a Black Mass if you aren't the Orgy type.
