Sometimes, things can not be made 'right'. Sometimes things, people, relationships, they get broken. Sometimes its our fault. All we can do is attempt to make amends with those we have wronged and hope for their forgiveness, and if they wont, then we have to move forward.
I am getting the impression that you blame yourself for a great deal. I think you need to analyze what is really your fault, and what isn't. Analyze what can be fixed and what cannot.

It's only very minor. If I'm comfortable and relatively worn out/drained (post gym, post tkd, done a lot of readings) it can happen. I'm asleep before I even realise. This coupled with the fact that I do most my readings either laying down or in my office chair (both extremely comfortable) you can imagine how it ends up. I've fallen asleep in the middle of games due to my office chair. I have an American friend who has a severe case, where he can plop off at any time and will literally not wake up until his body decides it's time (I puronally tried airhorn, banging pots and picking him up and carrying him into the pool in winter). I also met a girl when I was at uni who had it so badly, she needed to carry around a jar of coffee and would use it like someone would use tobacco (toss some in her mouth, chew on it into a paste, and suck on it). I've always been so thankful that my case isn't anywhere near those extremes.

Oh, it's okay. I did the reading before I asked you, so I can't remember every detail, but the main message was that it was a good choice and would be a pleasant experience for you both.
