Okay, tell me everything about these theta, beta, gamma, alpha waves. Does the binaural beats have any effect or is it just bullshit? And if it works in some way, what does it do?
I like binaural tones. They help me zone out and not really think of anything. Nothing paranormal though, it's not going to heal wounds or make your sex life better. That's all jive.

Concentration maybe, but I wouldn't say it does much other than that. I use it when I do yard work and laborious activities. I think too much normally and the beats help me stay out of my head.
