The pdf was published in the American Journal of Modern Physics, one of 43 journals simultaneously launched by a mysterious publisher named Open Science a couple of years ago. Their journals are known to be disreputable, with flagrant cases of plagiarism and a not-insignificant fee for submitting articles. Strangely, their address in New York is actually a mail-forwarding service. This kind of begs the question: Are we looking at
1) worthwhile science which wouldn't be accepted in larger journals, forcing the authors to publish with a pay-as-you-go (read: vanity) publisher
2) shitty science pushed into shitty journals
3) A front for a larger project. An iffy paper in a disreputable journal (that no one reads), getting press from a website which seems tailor-made to publicize contentious "mind-bending" results screams "bullshit" to me. However, it is also a great way to hide an idea in the open.

It seems to depend on the lense that's observing the light/anti-light.
so if they have concave anti-matter eye-lenses, i guess, they'd see us if they're made of anti-matter and don'T just have a coat of it. if it's just a coat they'd also just need regular matter concave eye-lenses to see us i guess. Assuming they see with eyes.
