Anyway, starting with the significator cards, this spread indicates your desire as something mental, or otherwise just looking for a breakthrough in a project you're looking to undertake. It seems to me that this work isn't its own end, but rather that you're looking for something that will aid you in future works or projects, maybe just a change of mindset now that you feel you need it.

Before I get into the risks and bad things, I'm going to start with the Demon's significator card: this demon is not friendly, and you're not likely prepared to deal with it. For the risks, I pulled the 10 of Swords sidewise, meaning to me that it is somewhere between a total loss and clinging onto something hopeless. This one should make more sense to you than to me. The negative possible result (ie, the bad thing) is the 3 of Pentacles in reverse. In this case, it means that you will not receive the cooperation you're looking for, and it's going to contribute to that feeling of defeat represented by the 10 of Swords.
The advantage you have here is that your mind is sufficiently clear and balanced in order to handle this work, but the good outcome seems like a double-edged blade. In a sense, you won't be as limited by your emotions, which can be seen as a good thing, but you'll also miss out on some input they might have which may otherwise serve you well.
The most likely outcome is that this won't work in your favor: the 4 of Cups in reverse indicates restlessness and, in this case, you'll likely be waiting indefinitely for a result that doesn't come. Bad news.
I pulled a card for advice for you, The Hierophant. This is laughably straightforward: it's suggesting you go back and hit the books and do something more traditional, rather than trying to take shortcuts here. Those shortcuts and get-demon-quick schemes are severely advised against, not just in general, but specifically in this reading. Overall, your current path towards this work shows that you're just not going to get what you're looking for, and it might fill you with anxiety, anguish, stress, etc.
