Zen is the teaching of some old chinese guys, see pic related.
Most famous for chopping cats in halves, cutting disciples fingers of, shouting at each other and hitting people with sticks. All for the sake of enlightenment.
Only teaching is non-duality, but since that can not be wrapped up in any system or teaching, no teaching is our actual teaching, no gate is the dharma gate, no practice is our practice.
