anything with a frequency shift can sound like some ayy lmaos. Its a garbled signal that was coming from BBC radio 5 Romania...you prob had the band with on USB when it should have been on AM, also the lead or the signal you can see on the waterfall is where you want the dial centered too so 909.74 has frequency shift whereas 909 is the clear version of what you would be hearing
