We're a small HPJ based group that's working on casual paranormal research. We're looking for more members to help us with our research and provide their own experience and ideas.

Our subject of research at the moment is human biology and how it ties to astral projection.
We are also looking into what methods work best for inducing AP and lucid dreams as well as how to train the mind for them.
Helping out is simply doing your own research every once in a while and suggesting it in the group chat. At that point a few of us will look into it a bit further and put forward out own material. at that point we might come up with our own hypothesis and get started on testing it.

The group chat is based of a closed Facebook group. Being able to participate would also involve reading through our entire database a few times. Its pretty good read, so that shouldn't be a problem for anyone.

I've had a fair bit and am currently on my own training method. I'm somewhat proud of my method because it involves achieving a lower form of AP when you don't have the energy for a full one. its a pretty fun concept.

I thought it had sleep paralysis but it's started when I'm awake too. I definitely think I've got near what feels like the edge of our plane. Something about reflective surfaces. talking to what seems like it would be a god but it isn't, just a different me. If it helps I'm decent at math too

Might just be a hormonal imbalance or damage to the inner ear. A big part of our research is finding rational explanations for the unusual, then testing the idea. We cant label everything as paranormal.
The talking to God does interest me tho. id like to hear more about it.

I guess another big thing we should mention is that we also dabble into research for alchemy, rituals and psychic abilities such as telepathy and telekinesis.
We are also at the early stages of coordinating astral practices.

It's seemed like just total pauses which were OK in bed but when I'm frozen at the table over coffee and all I can see is patterns of light and hearing buzzing and clanking it trips me out. Never done dmt but it seems like the whole machine elf thing without the elfs. Stuck in the works and times going on around me but I'm uninvolved.

It started with a voice telling me I should or shouldn't do something. Never work or socially related just a total personal "this is what we believe is right or wrong" but now it's like I know it's coming from inside so I ignored it. Then with constant screens and mirrors and windows around its come back as just myself. Disconnect from this world and I'll tell myself what's happening beneath the surface. On the other side I guess.

I hate to come off as rude, but that sounds alot like a mental illness. I'd have it checked out if the voice starts to get aggressive.
My understanding is that its not likely that an entity will follow around one person. Not to say can't happen. They just seem to be more attached to specific places than people.

I wouldn't say Astral projection. Just that it feels like what I'm talking to is on a different plane. Wether it's Astral or merely somethings wrong with me I couldn't tell but I've always questioned the base which they determine that off. Clearly when the people with power have a stronghold over the scientific community it's hard to trust if they're operating out of sincerity for their field or as a shadow op for another. I'm not saying mental health is all bs and psyches are a crock like scientologists. but when people with similar views towards actually sensing a mulitverse or other non physical entities instead of merely acknowledging the theory all tend to get labeled as paranoid schizophrenics it starts to cast a doubt. Psychic, my dad more or less predicted a family death before the family was alerted and spent a bit of time in an office with them. Whatever came of it no one's told. Dualities have been speaking to me a lot than what I'd pass off as confirmation bias as well. Things that cant actually be confirmed until I have a clearance. Kind of a tingle that I know what's right before I learn why

We started the group shortly before he shut down his blog, so we could keep in contact with each other, so a lot of our knowledge is based off of what we learned from him.
Does your group have any qualifications ie experience, education, professional, especially in the sciences? I'm a biochemist and have been an astral projector for many years, have a hard time finding similar people...

I can't speak for everyone, but most peoplein our group are University students, so our scientific knowledge comes mostly from that and our own experiences. Although some have some very good theories on the subject.

What methods of astral projection are you using so far? Robert Bruce is a good start, but IMO some of his theories about how projection happens/what it is don't make a whole lot of sense...

My definition of Gnosis is enlightenment, and with that in mind I believe that astral projection is an early step to achieving that state. In my opinion a state of enlightenment should be avoided due to how it changes your word and self view to the point you can lose the will to live.

Start with what ever methods brings you closest to an astral projection, but instead of giving up if you don't make it, try to remote view whatever your goal is. Remote viewing requires less energy, but still trains your mind in the same way. Its like crawling before walking.
