She was getting hold of him, and he knew that some day she would never let go. Even now she probably let him go only when she had to, because she couldn't hold on long at a time. She constantly took his body and went to nameless places for nameless rites, leaving him in her body and locking him upstairs -- but sometimes she couldn't hold on, and he would fin himself suddenly in his body again in some far-off, horrible, and perhaps unknown place.
An adventure of sorts, with him being completely aware of it, but yet him not being quite too pleased with it. I skimmed over the rest of the thing, and indeed, it's not pleasing. Not a good outcome. The story is ''The Thing on the Doorstep''.

I just looked it up and it's used synonymous with bibliomancy, so no harm done.
As for the other books; I'm kind of bored and simply doing this for fun and giggles. If it gets good results and people are content, it's all the better. I can pull up some other books that I have, but it's not a particularly wide selection of them.
And oh, don't get me wrong, it's actually just a book that has most, if not all, of the stories that Lovecraft has written in one book. It has a neat cover too and it's title is technically Necronomicon. I'm personally not sure just how I would go about with summoning anything... solid, if that makes too much sense.

Go do something that stimulates it just a little bit, and then go off from there into something more. Go out. Just do something and don't expect it to happen to you.

First up, you are allowed to ask more, since I don't have too many querents kicking about asking me for a salty reading or two.
Even if you'd go for it, knowing how the story goes, it just reveals how the entire place is just completely and utterly insane. It's one of my favorites out of the entire works that Lovecraft has written, if you care enough to know.

If I say that my somewhat extravagant imagination yielded simultaneous pictures of an octopus, a dragon, and a human caricature, I shall not be unfaithful to the spirit of the thing. A pulpy, tentacled head surmounted a grotesque and scaly body with rudimentary wings, but it was the general outline of the whole which made it most shockingly frightful.
First up, you may just end up hitting the books more, or at least I'd say think over this more before you'll go for it. If you will go for it now, it's going to be insanity and madness. Imagination. It's just outright, eh... No. I'm not suggesting doing anything right now for that, and instead finding something else to do.
