Confused

So, earlier today I had a pretty weird and a bit scary moment.
I was sleeping in the day because I have a shit sleep schedual, I wound up just falling into a really deep sleep and stared having a strange dream, Not scary, But weird. Everything was an odd sepia tone and swirly, but I could see everything clearly. It was damp, Like it had a submarine type feel, Idk it sounds stupid im sorry.
But to make a long story short the fear I had came from when I opened my eyes and it looked like I was in the dream still, It was my bedroom but it was the same tone and everything. I shook a bit and I couldnt move, It felt like a HUGE weight on my body, Everything flickered a bit. MY room went normal then dreamlike and back again, Then I realized it was a dream and it all stopped
And I was left with a massive heart pounding feeling and I was pretty ourt of breath

I used to get those, it's when your body is still in REM cycle but you wake up. The paralysis is normal, your body does that so you don't roll down a hill
