If there is a way, how? People say extraterrestrials are supposed to have telepathic abilities and stuff, so is there a way to specifically capture their attention?
Are there representatives that could point me in the correct direction? Of course, I am looking towards contacting more benevolent aliens than anything else.

That is a valid point anon.

There are a couple of things in this that I disagreed with but I'll definitely take that into consideration.
