Servitor created by some chaos magi during an annual pilgrimage to Death Valley, that's supposed to be able to change your perception of time after "winding it up" / charging the sigil with intention. Very interesting concept, usually they point out that after every shift in time perception, whether it's speeding it up or slowing down, time later needs to re/decompress to make up for the difference. If you're treating it as only a psychomagical trick I guess this one thing can be ignored.
