So, /x/, I've never had sleep paralysis before, but I've got the intense feeling that I'm going to have it tonight.
I don't know how to describe it, but I can ask for your advice on the subject.
If I do find myself having sleep paralysis, what should I do, what should my main concerns be, etc.
Also, I recognize that this could just be paranoia leading to a self fulfilling prophecy but whatever. pic ubrelated
OP is a faggot.

It's not so terrifying if you realise your body induced it.
Really, it's just some chemicals in your brain and some hallucinations, don't worry.
Just roll with it. I have sleep paralysis every now and then. Nothing spooky happens to me, however that's not the case for everyone.
If I roll with it I'll end up snapping straight into a lucid dream. From then on, it's hours of battling invisible demons that try and pull your soul from you.
Good times.
Them demons or lesser things, whatever the fuck they are. They fight like some fag ass wrestlers. They're always laying on top of me, trying some smother technique.

You have got not to panic m88. Since sensory overload you will slightly but try to maintain it. Reminder that you are still in dreamlogic so if you are spooked spooks will appear.

This, it can be fun. Just don't panic and realize that you're about to dream so you have creative control, then enjoy your "WILD" as it's called

You can't do anything.
It's paralysis.
Understand that it's sleep paralysis and try to move your eyes to have something to do until you wake up. Or go back to sleep, whatever.
I no longer feel scared after an SP and not so scared during them any longer, i am also more aware when im having one
Hope this leads to lucid dreams
