Saw this image browsing rural cabins in Idaho. Are we looking at some kind of time space distortion? Is there a non X explanation?

There are a lot of photos from previous listings. If you take a look you can see plenty of images of this same space. Can you see what is wrong here?

Correction the cabins, there are 3 of them, are in MT, not Idaho.
I cant figure out what the fuck is going on in these images.
It looks like I can see through the wall on the left of the wood-stove and there is a bunch of weird smoky looking things.
