Don't know if you can help, but I'm 70% sure my house is haunted. Things have gone missing, doors shut on me, low buzzing in my ears and general creepy vibes around the place.
Is there a way I can contact whatever's in my house to find out if there's anything I can do to help them move on?

That is not my speciality, but my friend had this problem, try burning salvia, that the only thing i know that he did, but that is not it, you will need to do more, but i can't help futher. But hey, you have the right thinking, helping the being move on is a good way of thinking, i hope you can do it, but watch out, not every entity wants to move on.
