Do people here focus on chakras? I feel like they are underrated in life. Learning to ballance mine changed my life.

But I heard theres other energy systems, can you guys introduce me to them?

I'm a bit of a tantric and I believe in chakras. I don't fuck with mine much unless I get anxiety though.

Ever notice how anxiety manifests physical symptoms around the areas represented by chakras?

>butterflies in gut
>tightness in chest, hard to breath

Ever smoke a little too much cannabis and felt like there was too much energy around your genitals / taint area? did it make you anxious?
