I asked this in /balk/ already but didn't receive any satisfying reply. Considering that most prime ministers, presidents or other important politicians are in the best age for cancer, further considering that cancer is worldwide increasing and the percentage of dying from it someday is over 20%, why no politicians die of it whilst in charge? Can't be only the money considering the rich as fuck celebrities dying from it. Any explanations ?

Either they keep it secret to maintain the illusion of a strong leader or governments have a cure that they don't share for population control.
