The uncanny valley occurs when something looks almost human, but not quite. This causes discomfort or disgust from the viewer. The graph on the right should give you an idea of both the concept and why it happens.
Examples: Creepy Japanese gynoids, the Polar Express (an animated CGI film)

I don't doubt that you are somewhere on the autistic spectrum, or that you aren't bothered by uncanny valley stuff, if you say so. The thing is, because of the -spectrum- of autism, not everyone on it is going to automatically be immune to being creeped out or unnerved by something in the uncanny valley. Plus, uncanny valley effect isn't at all the same thing as non-verbal communication.
You should word your explanation for being immune to it differently (so that you aren't insinuating that autism = can't be affected by it), if you don't want to be called a Fuckhead in the future. Probably want to drop calling everyone a "scrub", too.

uncanny valley isn't really paranormal, it's more of a subconscious thing from our ancient ancestors. As far as understanding sayings, I used to take things a lot more literally when I was younger. Nowadays the biggest thing I have trouble with is general socialization. I haven't had a girlfriend in over a decade because I literally have no idea how to strike up a conversation, maintain long-term communication, or pick up on relationship cues. The only way I can make "friends" is if the person decides to persistently lead every conversation and initiate interaction.

There are subtle movements every human being makes with their face and head that show how vested they are in a conversation and to show acknowledgement of someone of the same species. I don't see those things, so I focus more on the general facial features and structure. Seeing something like the face in OP does nothing for me other than make me wonder why they look like that, and the characters in the polar express don't bother me because the subtle motions a normal person expects to be seeing aren't something I ever see
