So this weekend I'm going away with a course I'm on. The only 24 yo guy in a class of 50 to women who worship Oprah. On the Saturday we've all been invited to propose 30 minute "personal development" exercises, the rest are all doing meditations/mindfulness. Any good inconspicuous rituals I can suggest, /x/?
