Greetings people of /x/

I have experimented with Tulpas and other sentient beings throughout my life, but never had the dedication to keep one "there" at all times

At points I began to see my tulpa, I heard it speak and I had a great time with it, but I never got it to stay after forgetting about it for about a week; when I lost interest.

Any tips on how to keep tulpas/servitors/etc alive and well OR how to keep the dedication going?

How did you actually get it to speak out loud to you? I have the appearance and personality down but voice and even the name aren't coming to me.
