How many of you have been made into a believer of Reternalism?

I'm just here to open the eyes and minds of many of the ignorant about the one true religion that still makes sense.

You can see to the left an explanation about what Reternalism is all about by our founder.

Rejoice and embrace.

I can accept the idea as possible, but have no reason to believe it for sure. One thing that gets in the way of the idea of the big crunch, is the fact that not only is the universe still expanding, but the speed of it's expansion is still going faster and faster. Although, our limited understanding of what really makes space-time "tick", means that the edges of our universe could eventually curve in on itself, which would mean that accelerated expansion could quickly turn into accelerated compression. Imagine the screen of a game of asteroids or pacman; you leave the left side to emerge on the right, and vice versa. Then imagine that the "field" on the screen started scaling up in size, and the left expanding edge appeared on the right side, still moving left. This could potentially (theoretically) happen with 3 dimensional space, and could either be cause by a natural curvature, or maybe in runs out of room to expand due to neighboring universes.

This is of course, pure speculation and hypotheticals, I in no way claim that this is how it is for sure. I do enjoy this sort of thing as mental exercise, though.

Lexx had this idea in it. The Time Prophet looked to the past to tell tweedle how to change his future.

Futurama also had an episode where the Professor invents a forward time machine and they go to the eventual end of the universe only to witness it's rebirth.

Why would there be limited space for ours to expand?
There's no edge to a screen we're on... We could just as well be shrinking in relation to everything else
Granted there's unobserved universe... But where does the idea of a limit come from?

It's always a human. Always.
