You left out the tens of thousands of eyewitness accounts. Some of them are difficult to dismiss unless you go in decided that they're all lying or hallucinating.
Your argument is that current technology can't detect ghosts, so there are no ghosts to detect. We don't even know what we're supposed to be looking for.
