How to create tulpa? I've been hearing stories about people fucking up with their tulpas/tulpas trying to kill their creators, but I've been wondering on how to create a tulpa.

Do you guys think that they are like two different "partitions" in your brain which can intereact with one-another? Or do you think they are simply self-induced schizophrenia which make the host believe that they are communicating with another entity?
