Okay /x/ this is what happens few weeks ago in my town
> normal looking truck like pic related
> 5 tough-looking doorman is guarding the truck
> music coming from the truck
> phones, tvs anything related to electronics start having problems
> tv turns static with blurry images and same music playing for less than a minute
> truck stays for around 1-2 hours then leave and go to another town.
Any theories?
Might of been an emp or some sort of electric interference

Is emp-testing on places full of civilian legal? And why would someone do emp-testing on town full of people?
