you know how watches and clocks sometimes stop when someone dies? well, my grandpa passed away last week and, obviously, when i got home that day, i wasn't exactly in the best mental condition. Of course i've heard noises i couldn't immediately explain.
Now, i am not religious in any way, nor do i believe in life after death, so i didn't give the spoopy much thought at the moment,
but something way more interesting just happened.
My grandma was just sitting in her living room with her sister and some other people, talking about grandpa, as people do in these scenarios, when the old pendulum clock standing on the furniture started working out of nowhere. the thing is, that clock hadn't worked in years, no matter how many times grandpa changed the batteries in it.

so, my question for the believers of /x/ who have lost someone is: how do you deal with this kind of presence? has it changed your life and the way you behave when you are alone?
>>
Shit like this happens. In my family, only when people pass away in a slow, predictable manner

>pass away in a slow, predictable manner
that's what happened
my other grandpa drowned, so obviously his watch died too at that very moment, and nothing particularly spoopy happened other than some dreams

so, can you just behave normally, never knowing whether you're alone or not?

Being immersed in water does that to many watches, esp. older ones, like a grandfather might own

I now fap under the blanket thanks to you anon.

do you not believe those exist, or are you just triggered?
>>17178591
this is precisely what i meant.
imagine being a ghost and watching your family member make suspicious movements, even under a blanket. i imagine having porn on does not help
